    They have 48 hours and confirm every delivery step. If they don't deliver, the order goes to our team automatically.

    You have 72 hours to review. After you confirm, the seller's money stays held for 7 days of warranty in case they take the account back.

Before you buy

Where does my money go when I pay? +

To the platform's account, not the seller's. The money stays held with us, and the seller sees it as "pending balance" until you confirm you received.

What if the seller doesn't deliver? +

The seller has 48 hours after payment is confirmed. If they don't deliver, the order goes to our team automatically — either the seller delivers or you get your money back.

What if I receive it and find a problem? +

Tap "I have a problem" in My orders before the window ends (72 hours after delivery). Your money is frozen until our team reviews and decides.

What's the fee? +

Buyers pay the listing price only. The platform fee of 5% is deducted from the seller. If you pay in EGP, the price uses the official dollar rate + 2 EGP.

How do I pay? +

Can the seller take the page back after the sale? +

Before delivery the seller confirms they removed themselves and any other admins. Even after you tap "Received", the seller's money stays held for 7 days of warranty. If they take the account back during that time, tap "Seller took the account back" in My orders.
